Don’t be shy Arizona

Published by at 7:47 pm under music

First of all, what is going on with all these website hits from Arizona? This tends to happen in spring. It is college/university final paper crunch time, and I’m guessing that somewhere out there in the desert is a list of living, breathing composers that require research and documentation. I’m certain it was originally David’s doing.

But then Kim recently wrapped up a U of A Master’s degree with a performance of Tourmaline (congrats, girl!), so she might also be the perpetrator of this little flurry.

Whatever the reason, I’m glad you are here.

Arizona people, since you do have at your disposal a living, breathing, composer right here and now, why not invite me out for a visit? I’m totally guest lecture/master class ready. We can do electroacoustic music, straight up instrumental, music for dance, audio recording, whatever. I clean up well. Apparently I can be entertaining. I love talking to students, checking out what they’re doing, all that. So how about it? If there are professors reading, contact me and let’s do this!
