DC Commission Artist Fellowship
Good news! I was recently announced a recipient of a DC Commission on the Arts 2008 Artist Fellowship. This grant will help with assorted composing projects, including a guitar and saxophone piece for my friends Enrique Lop and Carola Cuypers. Thank you DC!!
The photo above is 8th St. NW, where the DC Commission office is located. What a happy surprise to stumble upon this block while wandering the city! Personally I think the world would be a much nicer place if there were more painted streets!
